Elon Musk Sued for Paternity and Sole Custody by MAGA Influencer

New York, NY| Tech billionaire Elon Musk is facing a legal battle over the alleged paternity of a newborn child, as right-wing influencer Ashley St. Clair has filed lawsuits seeking sole custody and a court-ordered paternity test.

The case, filed in the New York Supreme Court last Friday, claims that Musk has had little to no involvement in the child’s upbringing.

Custody and Paternity Dispute

St. Clair, 26, alleges that Musk, 53, is the father of her son, identified in court documents as “R.S.C.,” born in September 2024.

In her filing for sole custody, St. Clair asserts that she has been the child’s primary and sole caregiver, while Musk has made only limited efforts to be present in the child’s life.

Alongside the custody case, St. Clair has initiated a separate legal request for a paternity test to establish Musk’s biological relationship with the child.

According to court filings, the father of the child “has not been legally established,” prompting St. Clair to seek genetic confirmation through the court system.

Alleged Relationship Timeline

St. Clair states that she and Musk were romantically involved beginning in May 2023, roughly 16 months before the child’s birth.

However, she claims that since the birth of R.S.C., Musk has met the child only three times and has played no role in parental decision-making.

Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, as well as a vocal proponent of cryptocurrency, has not publicly commented on the allegations.

His legal team has also not issued any statements regarding the lawsuit.

Potential Legal Implications

If paternity is established, Musk could be legally obligated to provide financial support for the child and potentially be granted visitation or custodial rights, depending on the court’s ruling.

Given Musk’s high-profile status and history of fathering multiple children with different partners, this lawsuit may add to the ongoing scrutiny of his personal life.

As the case unfolds, further legal filings and potential responses from Musk’s attorneys are expected.

For now, St. Clair is seeking a definitive court ruling to formally establish Musk as the father and to secure full custody of her child.
