Ruto extends an olive branch to Musyoka

While at a church service in Ukambani, President William Ruto informed congregants in a light moment that he had invited Kalonzo Musyoka to work with him immediately he was announced as the winner of the 2022 general election. The president also revealed that Kenya’s last Vice President did not accept his offer. “He told me he wanted to remain in opposition,” said a giggling Ruto.

The president however assured the public that whenever Kalonzo wanted to join him, the door is open and ready for him.
