Isiolo, Kenya| Isiolo County was plunged into crisis on the evening of April 18th after torrential rains triggered devastating flash floods, leaving a trail of destruction, displacing families, and disrupting livelihoods.
In the wake of the disaster, Governor Guyo Abdi Ibrahim has taken decisive action, spearheading emergency interventions to mitigate the suffering of affected residents while rallying multi-agency support for recovery efforts.
Immediate Response and Sympathy for Victims
Governor Guyo, in a heartfelt address, extended his deepest sympathies to those impacted by the calamity, reaffirming his administration’s unwavering commitment to their welfare.
