The annual African Entertainment Awards USA has released its list of nominations for various categories that will be contested on by the who is who in both African entertainment industry and international artists who have collaborated with African artists.
The Horn of Africa region is lucky this time as more artists than at any time in the past have landed nominations. The only entertainer from Geeska’s side who managed to bring the trophy home in the past is Somalia’s fastest rising rapper Sharma Boy. The rapper won in the Best Upcoming Artist category at last year’s audition.
Fast forward to 2022, the region’s star seem to be shining as four entertainers from various fields have been nominated to top categories in the awards.
